Receipts & Exports
Backup: Create Backup ZIP makes a consistent copy of the database, originals, receipt images, exports and pending images. Restore validates the ZIP and automatically creates a PRE-RESTORE-SAFETY backup before replacing live data.
A submission package includes only receipts currently marked Unsubmitted. After the ZIP is built successfully, those exact records are marked Submitted and will not be included again unless they are edited or the submission is voided.
